What is the best protein snack for the money?
That’s the question posed to me by my friend and fellow blogger, Pirate’s Booty Snacks.
I can’t speak to what it is, but it is worth looking at, especially since it’s probably going to be the one that you buy if you’re a vegan, but still need protein for health reasons.
In my opinion, there are 3 best protein snacks for the price: 1.
Cheesy-style Protein Snack (or, if you prefer, the Peanut Butter Protein Snacker).
This is the snack that everyone needs, and it has all of the essentials.
If you’re looking for something to snack on all day, this is your go-to.
A great snack that’s easy to make and can be eaten right after your workout or in the evening.
If you don’t like to add carbs, this protein smoothie is the answer.
There are tons of options out there, but I like to use Trader Joe’s Protein Snail.
This is a protein bar that you can make and then take to work, home, or to the grocery store.
I also really like the Coconut Milk Protein Smoothy and the Peanuts Protein Smoothies.
Here’s how you can eat it right: Mix 1/2 cup of protein powder into a 1/4 cup of milk.
Add 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract to taste.
Add the mixture to your favorite protein bar, shake well, and enjoy!
