I don’t usually write about vegan food in depth, but I do want to write about some of the food I like in my life.
This year I’ve been exploring vegan snacks, and there are so many to choose from.
For example, I’m obsessed with chocolate, and my husband loves chocolate-covered chocolate.
So I went on a chocolate trip this week, and found some amazing vegan chocolate bars.
I also have some awesome vegan pasta.
This is part of my regular vegan fare.
And I am trying to avoid gluten, but this week I made a gluten-free version of my lasagna.
These are just some of my favorite things to eat this year.
But I am not alone.
I had the opportunity to meet so many amazing vegan friends and family members who are on the same path.
Here are the people who inspired me this year, and why I am still on the path to veganism.
First, I want to thank the Vegan Society of America for giving me the opportunity.
They are amazing.
Second, I would like to thank my vegan friends at the Food & Wine blog for giving us some great vegan recipes and ideas.
And last, and possibly most importantly, I am very thankful for all of the vegan friends I have on social media.
I know there are a lot of vegan friends out there, and I am lucky to have the support of so many of them.
