Ketogenic diets are diets where you eat very little fat or carbohydrates and restrict calories from processed foods and refined carbs.
Some people can eat very low carb diets, while others may need to eat less than half of what they consume in a day.
Keto recipes are easy to make, and can be very low-calorie if you use whole grains, nuts, beans, and legumes.
There are many variations of keto snacks, but I’ve found the following to be my favorite.
Kale Chips and Pecan Pancakes Kale chips are the ultimate low carb snack!
You can get them from a lot of different places, but the best place to find them is at your local health food store.
They are typically priced in bulk at around $5-$10, so you can get a large batch at a time if you want to eat them right away.
I love them as a snack, and they taste great with a cup of coffee.
Kaleb chips are so easy to prepare.
Simply toss them in a blender and mix with a little maple syrup.
They come in a variety of colors, including orange, black, green, and purple.
The pancakes are also delicious.
They’re super easy to get hold of at health food stores, so it’s super convenient to have some around.
If you want a keto breakfast, I would recommend these!
These are so simple and delicious!
I used to hate to make them, but now I’ve made them a lot.
They just take about 30 minutes to make and can easily be made ahead of time.
They can also be made in the oven.
They taste great, and taste so good that they’re a favorite among my family!
These pancakes are super easy, too!
Just pop them in the microwave and they’re ready in just a few minutes.
You can make them as big as you like, but if you’re serving them with rice or noodles, they’re just perfect!
