I can only imagine what it’s like to be the first to go for a korean snacks box.
The only thing I know for sure is that it’s pretty good.
I went on a bit of a diet in the middle of last year and while I still have a few carbs left, the korean-style snacks have made a massive difference.
It’s the only thing that has really helped me feel like I’m getting my carbs from my food, not my water.
Korean-styled snacks are usually very filling and full of vitamins and minerals.
In addition to the protein, fiber, and carbs, there’s a plethora of other health benefits, too.
As a dietitian, I’m pretty used to seeing labels like “high in fiber, vitamins A, C and E, potassium and calcium” or “low in sodium and fat”.
While these are all good, I’ve noticed that Korean snacks can be even better.
There are some great options on the market right now, including: Korean Cheesecake Pudding This is the most popular type of Korean snacks and I can’t wait to try the other flavors, which include: Biscotti and Chocolate Cinnamon Krispy Kreme And there are plenty more that I could add to the list.
If you’ve got a craving for a good snack but aren’t a fan of any of the other options, these may be the ones for you.
