A lot of the snacks we eat in the UK have become so ubiquitous and we know how to eat them with ease.

But with so many different foods available in supermarkets, it can be difficult to figure out what is right for you.

Here’s what you should look out for when buying snacks in the supermarket.

How much do snacks cost?

You may be surprised to find out that it’s not always easy to find the cheapest snacks in supermarkets.

We’ve rounded up some of the best snack deals in Australia for you to browse, and if you’re not sure what you’re buying, we’ve put together a list of the cheapest snack deals.

Some of the cheaper snacks are not listed on this page because they are often very expensive, but you can check out our guide to buying snacks at the bottom of this page.

When shopping for snacks in a supermarket, make sure you’re looking for snacks that are at least 10 per cent cheaper than the price of the food.

Some popular snacks are: fruit snacks: a number of different fruit snacks are available at most supermarkets, including fruit bars, fruit rolls, apple crisps and other fruit snacks.

You can also find a number for a small selection of fruit snacks in bulk.

If you are looking for something that is cheap, but can still be a bit nutty, you can buy a mix of fruit, nuts, beans, lentils, dairy, meat and eggs in the bulk section.

This will include all the nuts, seeds and pulses you need to make a healthy snack.

Some more healthy snacks you can try are: chips: some supermarket brands sell a variety of chips, including chips made with peanut butter, honey, avocado and almonds.

They are usually more expensive than the cheaper chips you can find in bulk in the supermarkets.

For example, the Trader Joe’s Crispy Chip has a price tag of $4.50 per serving.

You might also want to look out if the supermarket has any flavours that are good for you, like banana, chocolate or peanut butter.

A number of brands sell these snacks in smaller packs for less than $1 each.

They may be more palatable, but they are not quite as good as the cheaper snack packs you can get in bulk at a supermarket.

These brands include: Big Macs: these are a favourite snack in many households.

They have been around for years, and can still easily be found in many supermarkets, and are typically around $2.50 each.

If they are too much, however, they are sold in smaller packets and you can choose one or two for your family, depending on what size they are.

Other healthy snack options: ice cream: ice creams like Cadbury’s Mozzarella and Monster contain all the healthy fats you need.

However, some of these ice creamies contain added sugars and can be hard to enjoy, so if you are not a fan of sweets, then you might want to check out these options instead.

If these are not your thing, try some other healthy snacks, like potato chips and apple slices.

You’ll be surprised how much healthier they taste.

Egg replacers: many supermarkets offer a range of flavours of egg replacers.

These include the more commonly known as “flavoured eggs”, but they’re also available in other flavours.

These are usually made from whole eggs, but some brands are also made from chicken eggs, or from the flesh of beef.

They’re usually more than $2 each.

Some good alternatives include: almond milk: you can often find almond milk in a number in a range from $1 to $2 per serving, and it’s usually around $1 per serving in most supermarkets.

It’s great for a low-calorie snack, and there’s no need to worry about a high calorie content, since the flavour of the milk is the same as the flavour found in the store-bought product.

Some other almond milk alternatives include Nutella, M&Ms and Snickers bars.

Egg wash: if you have allergies to eggs, you may be able to find egg wash that’s made from only whole eggs.

This is often cheaper than egg, and is usually made with whole eggs in it.

It can be cheaper if you want to buy a smaller quantity, but be sure to check with the company.

This can be especially helpful if you’ve eaten a lot of egg before.

For the healthiest option, you might also like to try some of our favourite eggs in a packet of chips.

You may also be able get some other healthier snack alternatives such as: peanut butter: many of the brands we’ve mentioned here have peanut butter in them.
